Jerry Falwell

Jerry was after attention and his way was right no matter what. He would attack people with views that were not identical to his own.

He craved public attention and, like the other tv preachers, entertained for money and power. I just don't see him getting that white robe in heaven for his efforts.

There was a report that Falwell and O'Reilly hired a prostitute. Excerpt from that article below as well as link:

When confronted, Jerry said he was ministering to her. Well, Jesus was seen with a prostitute once as well so it is possible but Jerry was NO Jesus.

I want to correct an earlier statement in a now deleted blog by me. It is Jimmy Swaggert who is the womanizing preacher who was caught with the prostitiute in the car and not Jerry.

It appears one of Jerry's children is a preacher, another a lawyer, and the third is a doctor so some of the money he made entertaining folks by playing a Christian preacher did pay off for his family at least.

By the way, if the doctors had put a implanted cardiac defibrillator in Jerry when he got his stent, he would be alive today. The device puts a shock to the heart when it suddenly stops as in sudden cardiac death. Doctors know this. You don't suppose Jerry's Doctor was Gay? Most likely not being Gay does not mean your stupid or homocidal. A GAY doctor would have installed the device and Jerry would still be here bashing us for our lifestyle.

Just because I am a Lesbian doesn't make me stupid or evil. Jerry chose not to believe that but it doesn't change the fact that I see no real choice for me. It is who I am. There are those who hate Gays because they can and there are those who cash in by feeding the hate.
