Im in a Bitchy Mood Today

It appears that when it comes to customer service, I am expected to go out of my way to provide quality service with a smile and give the customer anything they want. On the other hand, when I am the customer it seems the rules change. The service providers seem to enjoy saying "we only do....." or "we can't to....." Well today I blew my top for sure.

ASSHOLES!!

I had my car in the shop for a month. I had an accident where i was rear ended and pushed under another car. My insurance company paid all but $500.00 I went to pick up the car and gave them a check for $500 after i deposited a thousand in the bank! Well they wouldn't accept the check. Now they have my money, my keys, and my car. What do I have?? A fuckin bus pass. Not that the bus is that bad.

Then I went for my medicine and gave them two insurance cards. One was for my primary insurance the other for secondary. Well you guessed their answer if you read above...."we can only accept one card....

It seems people in the service business must look for the most common needs of people and then refuse to do them. It is enough to make a person want to slap a fat bitch.

By the way....where are my fat girls anyway...i need some comic relief.
